Professor Duarte Nuno Vieira is a world-renowned forensic pathologist and human rights investigator. He has led international forensic missions for the United Nations and the International Criminal Court in conflict zones such as Iraq, Ukraine, and Palestine. He is President of the International Academy of Legal Medicine and Former President of the European Council of Legal Medicine.
A Full Professor at the University of Coimbra, Portugal, he has directed several academic and forensic institutions. Professor Vieira has published over 250 scientific works and received prestigious awards, including the Douglas Lucas Medal and the Clyde Snow Human Rights Award, for his global contributions to forensic science and justice.

Professor Denis Anthony Cusack is the Director of Ireland’s Medical Bureau of Road Safety and Coroner for County Kildare, playing a pivotal role in forensic death investigation and road traffic safety. He is a Professor Emeritus of Forensic & Legal Medicine at University College Dublin and a qualified barrister and medical doctor specializing in legal medicine. Professor Cusack has served as President of the European Council of Legal Medicine and Vice-President of the International Academy of Legal Medicine, with expertise in intoxicated driving, forensic medicine, and medical ethics.

is a leading UK forensic scientist and educator, recognized for his national and international contributions to forensic science. He is a Reader at the University of Kent and former Head of Science and Technology at the UK Home Office, where he led the national cold case review program. Awarded an OBE in 2008, he has worked with police forces worldwide and serves as Vice President of the Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences.

Dr. Ashraf Mozayani is the Executive Director of the Forensic Sciences Learning Lab and a professor at Texas Southern University. She previously served as Crime Laboratory Director and Chief Toxicologist at the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. With a PharmD and Ph.D. in Toxicology, she is a Board-Certified Fellow of the American Board of Forensic Toxicology and has authored over 25 articles, edited five books, and provided international forensic training.

Dr. Kharoshah graduated from the Cairo University Faculty of Medicine in 1991. He worked as Resident in General Surgery during his military service at military hospitals from 1994 - June 1996. From July 1996 - 2014 he served as the Forensic Medical Examiner at the Forensic Medicine Authority, Ministry of Justice, Egypt. Currently, he has served as consultant Forensic Medical Examiner at Forensic Medicine Center in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .
In 2001 Dr. Kharoshah earned his M.Sc. and in 2005 his M.D. in Forensic Medicine and Toxicology from El Mania University, Egypt. In January 2011 he Founded Egyptian Journal of Forensic Sciences and has served on the Editorial Boards of many other high-profile journals. From January 2012 he was elected as Vice President of the International Association of Law and Forensic Sciences and in February 2014 he was elected as Fellow of Faculty of Forensic and Legal Medicine of Royal College of Physician of London.
Dr. Kharoshah has published extensively in the field of forensic medicine and pathology in international journals and chapters to books. He has also been recognized in Marquis Who’s Who in the World publication.

Dr. Mohamed Hegazy is a legal, policy, and regulatory advisor with over 20 years of experience specializing in communications and information technology (ICT) law.
Hegazy has drafted the cybercrime and data protection laws in Egypt and worked on multi-stakeholder collaboration in areas such as cybersecurity, cybercrimes, and e-commerce laws and regulations.  
Dr. Hegazy has delivered hundreds of legal capacity-building programs for various stakeholders in the Middle East. He has also completed several public policies, legal, and capacity building projects with international organizations such as the EU, USAID, UNODC and WIPO.  
He has lectured and taught at various institutions, including Cairo University's Faculty of Mass Communications and the Egyptian Police Academy.

Mostafa Khidr has over twenty years of experience in law enforcement, with a specialization in financial investigations. Throughout his distinguished career, he has served in various departments, gaining extensive expertise in areas such as counterfeiting (documents, stamps, banknotes, IDs), fraud investigations, financial cybercrimes, digital forensics, anti-money laundering, and corruption cases.
Five years ago, he joined the Central Bank of Egypt, where he led the establishment of the Fraud Combating Central Department (FCCD), the first department of its kind among central banks in the region. This department plays a crucial role in addressing financial fraud and reinforcing integrity and transparency across Egypt’s financial sector.
In response to the growing complexity of cybercrime and cybersecurity threats, he pursued a Master's degree in Communications, specializing in Information Security. He also holds several highly regarded professional certifications, including Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Cellebrite Advanced Smartphone Analysis (CASA), and Certified Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI).
