Professor Duarte Nuno Vieira is a world-renowned forensic pathologist and human rights investigator. He has led international forensic missions for the United Nations and the International Criminal Court in conflict zones such as Iraq, Ukraine, and Palestine. He is President of the International Academy of Legal Medicine and Former President of the European Council of Legal Medicine.

Dr. Ashraf Mozayani is the Executive Director of the Forensic Sciences Learning Lab and a professor at Texas Southern University. She previously served as Crime Laboratory Director and Chief Toxicologist at the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. With a PharmD and Ph.D. in Toxicology, she is a Board-Certified Fellow of the American Board of Forensic Toxicology and has authored over 25 articles, edited five books, and provided international forensic training.

Dr. Seward is a forensic psychologist and neuropsychologist currently based in Arizona in the United States. He has a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Temple University, and has postgraduate training in forensic mental health issues, neuropsychology, and statistics. He is Board Certified in Clinical Neuropsychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology, and a Fellow of the National Academy of Neuropsychology. Dr. Seward has presented and published on forensic and neuropsychological assessment, neurodegenerative conditions, malingering, and brain injury. In the US he has testified as an expert in civil, criminal, and immigration cases in state and Federal courts. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Seward has been employed in hospitals and secure forensic facilities.

Dr. Yanko Kolev is the current President of the International Association of Forensic Sciences (IAFS), elected in November 2023. He is also Head of the Department of Forensic Medicine at the District Hospital of Gabrovo, Bulgaria, and a senior lecturer at the Medical University of Pleven.

From January 2012 he was elected as Vice President of the International Association of Law and Forensic Sciences and in February 2014 he was elected as Fellow of Faculty of Forensic and Legal Medicine of Royal College of Physician of London.

Dr. Mohamed Hegazy is a legal, policy, and regulatory advisor with over 20 years of experience specializing in communications and information technology (ICT) law.
Hegazy has drafted the cybercrime and data protection laws in Egypt and worked on multi-stakeholder collaboration in areas such as cybersecurity, cybercrimes, and e-commerce laws and regulations.

Rolf Fauser is a leading forensic document examiner with over three decades in law enforcement. He headed the Document Section at the State Criminal Office Baden-Württemberg and chaired the European Document Experts Working Group (ENFSI/EDEWG). An expert in the forensic analysis of printed documents, Rolf led EU-funded projects on inkjet and toner classification and pioneered AI tools in document examination.
