Language:

English , اللغة العربية

Formatting:

Font Size: Use a 12-point font size.

Font Type: Times New Roman or Arial.

Line Spacing: Double-spaced text.

Abstract Title: must be concise, max.  length15 words

Authors and Affiliations:

Author Names: Include the full names of all authors.

Institutional Affiliations: List the institutional affiliations for each author.

Corresponding Author: Indicate the primary author with contact details for correspondence, please provide an accurate email address when submitting the abstract. Abstract submission results and abstract-related correspondence will be sent by email to the first author.

Abbreviation: Avoid using abbreviations in the title. Define each abbreviation the first time it is used in the abstract be placing what it stands for in parentheses.

Abstract Body Length: max. 300 words, incl. numbers and symbols, maximum of 2,400 characters, excluding spaces.

Images and tables are not accepted or published within the abstract.  Abstracts are text only.

Keywords: up to 5 Keywords may be assigned to your abstract.

If possible, please structure your abstract using the following headings:

•Background/ Introduction
•Objective
•Methods
•Results
•Conclusion

It is the author’s responsibility to submit an abstract with correct spelling and grammar. The Selection Panel, however, reserves the right to edit the abstract if it has significant spelling and grammatical mistakes.

Abstracts submission :

Abstracts are submitted via the online abstract submission platform, If you do not receive an acknowledgement ) a confirmation email( within 3 days after submission, please contact the technical support by email at info@efma-ic.com

The submission deadline is Monday, 30 June 2025, 23:59, according to local time in Egypt You may be first author or co-author of multiple abstracts, provided that each submission represents distinct research.

Abstract Review & Notifications:

A highly qualified Selection panel of reviewers will assess all submitted abstracts. Abstracts will be approved according to their scientific merit; The review process is confidential and the decision is final.

The Scientific Committee reserves the right to decide on the form of oral presentation or poster, in the interest of the program.

Notification of acceptance and information regarding presentations will be forwarded to the authors immediately after the reviewing process by e-mail, in the period of two weeks beginning Friday, 1 August 2025.

Detailed instructions for oral and poster preparations will be included in these emails. Only approved abstracts will be scheduled for presentation and publication. 

Presentation & registration:

The submission of an abstract constitutes a commitment by the author to present their abstract at the conference once accepted.

For an abstract to be included in the final scientific program, it is mandatory for the presenting author to register for the conference as soon as the notification of abstract acceptance is received and not later than15 August 2025, As submitting an abstract does not constitute or guarantee registration. Please note that your abstract will not be included in the conference presentation program if you do not register and settle payment.

The Selection Panel strongly recommends that authors submit their abstracts as early as possible in order to avoid a last-minute rush and system congestion.

Will my abstract be published online?

Abstract content and editing are the responsibility of the submitting author. Abstracts will be published as received after the abstracts are reviewed and selected. Submission of the abstract means consent to publication of the abstract in the abstract book/proceedings. A couple of weeks before the conference, the final conference program will be published on the conference website.
